Ordering Information

All specimens for sale are priced in US dollars, and may be paid for by check or money order in US funds, payable to UK Mining Ventures, or via Paypal. UK residents may also make payment by cash or cheque in Pounds Sterling. Please contact us for details.

Visa and MasterCard may also be used, but we do not have a secure site for on-line credit card transactions. To arrange credit card payment contact us with the appropriate information, including card number, expiration date, cardholder's name as spelled in the card, and your phone number. You may contact us by e-mail at JFish@UKMiningVentures.com or phone during normal business hours (West Coast, US, -8 hours GMT) at: 415-821-2413 (Jesse Fisher) or 760-723-9292 (Cal Graeber).

When ordering specimens, please include the inventory numbers of the specimens you would like. We will hold any requested specimens for one week pending receipt of payment or finalization of payment arrangements. All specimens are sent on approval for a period of seven days after receipt. Specimens will be shipped within the US via USPS Priority mail with insurance. All returns should be sent with sufficient insurance to cover the value of the specimens.

California residents please include an 8.5% gratuity in recognition of the quality services provided us by our state bureaucracy or a valid California resale number. Specimens will be mailed out immediately upon receipt of payment through Paypal, money order or valid credit card. For first time customers paying by check, specimens will be mailed as soon as your check clears our bank.

International Customers Please Note: Because of several recent problems with international mail, we strongly recommend shipping via USPS Express Mail (EMS), or a private carrier such as UPS, Fed Ex or DHL. Though these are more expensive that standard air mail, this is the only way a parcel can be tracked and insured. Although most times there are no problems, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your specimens by regular mail and can not offer refunds on damaged or lost items. In addition, we can not take responsibility for any possible taxes or duty that your local customs officials may want to charge you. Please contact us about shipping costs.

EU Residents: You can avoid potential customs problems such as tax and duty charges by purchasing Rogerley fluorite from our German representative Jurgen Margraf. Please e-mail him at J.Margraf@Tirol.com

Please Note: Processing orders may occasionally be delayed when we are travelling, particularly during the Tucson Show or summer when the mine is in operation. We can usually be reached by e-mail when at the mine and will hold any specimen you are interested in until we are able to ship it.
